TOM – Training of Mentor – is a training and technology transfer program for training experts, business development consultants, and corporate governance in Vietnam, organized by COM Switzerland.
Continuing the chain of upgrading and fostering knowledge for TOM in Switzerland and Hanoi, two days of training were held in Da Nang recently with thematic topics “Doing Elite” and “Selling with the System” done by SwissCreate experts. “Analysis of 05 sets of competencies to become more professional in your own profession”; “Understanding customer psychology and the steps to be able to sell” are the important contents of two days of training by experts from Switzerland. SSCD is very proud to be one of the selected strategic trainers and receive the tools and knowledge of the Swiss consulting group Swiss Create. These training topics will be deployed by SSCD to trainee enterprises in the near future.
